Tanisha Katara
Tanisha Katara is a blockchain governance consultant and researcher working at the intersection of decentralised coordination, validator economics and agentic AI systems. She has worked with major infrastructure protocols including Polygon, Avail and the Filecoin Foundation, designing governance frameworks, validator admission models and economic architectures that operate under real-world adversarial conditions.
Her research focuses on how power, consensus and influence emerge inside decentralised and automated systems. She has studied validator economies, treasury governance and AI agent coordination, analysing how autonomous actors form agreement and concentrate influence in on-chain environments. Alongside her consulting work, she is actively developing governance frameworks for hybrid human–AI systems.
